The Changing and Saving Lives Foundation®, a 501(c)3 organization, was founded in 2023 to provide support and assistance to families in need, military members, veterans and first responders. We deliver this through programs such as NABC Recycled Rides® and NABC First Responder Emergency Extrication (F.R.E.E.™). In 2024, we have, through these programs, presented more than 250 vehicles to families, veterans and military members in need of reliable transportation and provided life-saving education on vehicle rescue techniques to more than 1,500 first responders.

KISSIMMEE, Fla. – A U.S. Army veteran whose daughter has special medical needs received a life-changing gift on Thursday.

The donation of a fully refurbished vehicle to replace the family’s unrepairable car was presented at Falcons Fire Golf Club.

Pacita Marks served her country in the U.S. Army for 12 years, and her 20-year-old car fell into disrepair last year.

Since then, Marks has depended on rideshares for her and her daughter’s frequent medical appointments, as well as for groceries and other needs.” – WKMG ClickOrlando
